Located near the St James Shopping Centre and Omni Centre. The hotel offers free luggage storage facilities. The hotel is located within a listed Georgian style building and neon signage is not permitted. Please call the hotel on 0131 558 2300 should you require directions. The hotel is a perfect base while staying on business or leisure. The hotel is within walking distance of Waverley Railway Station, St Andrews Square, Broughton Street, George Street and Queen Street. Car Park Information 13 car parking spaces available at the hotel charged at £5 per night with no booking of spaces possible. NCP Greenside Car Park is located on Greenside Row, off Leith Street. Car parking levels are located under the Omni Centre, off Leith Street. 20% discount from car parking charges at NCP Greenside Car Park when guests bring their ticket from NCP Greenside Car Park to the hotel Reception. Guests are not advised to leave their vehicles unattended on Picardy Place as this is permit holder parking only. All bedrooms and public areas have high-speed broadband internet access provided by Swisscom. Effective 26th March 2006, all areas will be no smoking except designated smoking bedrooms.

Pets welcome and assistance dogs welcome (without charge). Please inform reservations at the time of making a booking.
