The Mill is the Cotswolds leading independent country house hotel. The superbly converted stone mill is set in ten acres of fabulous lawned gardens with its own trout stream, the Cornwell Brook. We offer a wide choice of dining options. The Mill Brook Room Restaurant features an a la carte menu developed by Head Chef, Matt Dare. The Mill House Conference Centre is adjacent to the Hotel. Five linked conference rooms can accommodate from 2 to 60 delegates. Business support is available with Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and secretarial services in our business centre. Our front desk is open 7AM to 11PM.
