This Toccoa Riverfront Cabin can sleep up to 6 people. It has more than 1000' on the Toccoa River that is stocked weekly with trout. My cabin is very private, on 16 Acres, some wooded with paths throughout. There is a 1 1/2 AC. Fenced in area with a barn for horses. Riding trails from the cabin are great. There are several ponds on the property and guests delight in feeding the fish, deer and birds. The cabin has all amenities. It has central H/AC and a wood burning fireplace. (Wood is provided) We have satellite TV, BBQ grill, swings, picnic tables and lots of room to roam. You must bring own linens. Cabin also has a mini office setup with DSL hookup for your laptop. There is a scanner/copier/fax machine. The river is wonderful for splashing, tubing or kayaking. The catfish pond is for kids--catch and release, only! This park offers a 1 1/2 mile stretch of beach. The beach is managed specifically to provide habitat for migratory wildlife. Dogs on leash and under control are allowed at the beach from September through April. To get there, take SR 109 west to US9. Turn left onto US9 and go to the first traffic light. Turn left onto County Road 162 (Seashore Rd.). Then turn right onto Country Road 641 (New England Rd.). Take CR641 for 2 miles to the end and the beach access parking area. Parking areas near the beach may be closed during the summer. The park is open daily from dawn to dusk.

Every second Thursday in May through September, Potomac Riverboat Company's Admiral Tilp hosts a Canine Cruise. This is a 40 minute Cruise in the Potomac River that invites you to bring your dog along. Dogs must be on a 6 foot leash. Canine Cruises leave from the Alexandria City Marina. The price for a tour is $11 per person and the dog rides free. The boats depart at 6:00, 7:00, 8:00 and 9:00pm. Only one dog per person is allowed.
