Situated on 6 wooded acres between the towns of Bridgehampton, East Hampton and Sag Harbor, in Wainscott, our cottages are the ideal place in a prime location to enjoy all that the Hamptons offers. The ocean beach, Wolffer vineyard, Poxabogue golf driving range, farmstand, horseback riding, restaurants, shopping and galleries are literally minutes away (1-5 miles). Recently renovated, each cottage is appointed with air-conditioning/heating, full bath, kitchenette (gas range, microwave, coffee maker, sink, refrigerator), wood floors, ceiling fan, flat screen cable tv and lighted screened patio with awning and wicker furniture, bringing nature into each cottage. Dog must be leashed at all times, vaccination and flea and tick treatment must be current. Poop bags provided to clean up behind dog while walking property. Dog may be unattended in cottage, provided owner acknowledges dog is well behaved, has no history of disobedience and will not disturb others. Nightly fee $40 (designated cottages). Open year round.
