This popular paved trail stretches for miles, offering plenty of opportunity for your pooch to stretch his or her legs. Just be careful to go early in the morning or early evening if it is a hot day, as the paved path and the adjacent desert sand can become too hot for paws. A popular section of the trail is located between La Cholla Blvd. and Campbell Avenue, along the Rillito River. There is parking and restrooms available near La Cholla Boulevard.
