This stately French colonial mansion is one of the oldest standing structures in the state. It details the culture and history of mid-Louisiana from 1795 to 1855 and of the Creole families who worked the plantations during colonial times. Dogs are allowed on the grounds; they are not allowed in buildings. Dogs must be leashed and under their owner's control.
