The reservoir at this park is popular for boating, swimming and fishing. Dogs are allowed at the park including on the almost 2 miles of hiking trails and in the campgrounds. While dogs cannot go on the designated swim beach, they can go into the water by the park office or by the lighthouse. Pets must be leashed, cleaned up after and are not allowed inside any buildings. This park permits hunting in certain areas.
