Pawleys Island is know as "The country's oldest seaside resort". In addition to the great family beach, there are plenty of great places to eat and shop. There are more gold courses in 10 minutes than you can play in a week. Also you are just a short 20 minute drive to Myrtle Beach or just over and hour to Charleston.
