This historic site stands as testament to the amazing story of a slave who came to be known as the most influential African American of his time. This working farm also affords visitors a glimpse of what life was like then. Dogs are welcome on the grounds and on the trails; they are not allowed in the buildings. Dogs must be leashed and cleaned up after.
