Know as the North American Alps, the North Cascades National Park is home to an astounding diversity of plants and animals, and provides a variety of recreational pursuits. Dogs of all sizes are allowed at no additional fee. Dogs may not be left unattended, and they must be leashed and cleaned up after. Dogs are allowed at the Ross Lake National Recreation area, and on close-in trails. Dogs are not allowed in the back country. This campground is closed during the off-season. The camping and tent areas also allow dogs. There is a dog walk area at the campground. There are no electric or water hookups at the campground.
