    Hardwood floors and exposed brick walls welcome guests to this non-smoking inn set in a historic mill on the banks of the Sugar River. All 35 rooms offer flat-panel TVs refrigerators coffeemakers and pillowtop mattresses; some rooms offer fireplaces or river views. A continental breakfast takes the sting ou -- DOGS ARE WELCOME AT THIS HOTEL.

    Free Wi-Fi, continental breakfast and a location in the heart of town and near several parks make the Rodeway Inn Claremont a great home base in the Granite State. All 21 rooms on two floors include microwaves, refrigerators, coffeemakers and premium cable channels. Stay in touch while on the road with free Wi-Fi in every room. Roll out of bed and help yourself to a free continental breakfast each morning. Pets are welcome for an added fee. The colonial building originates from 1792 and today houses 23 non-smoking rooms all with Wi-Fi and some with jetted tubs.     Offering views of Lake Sunapee State Beach this Newbury motel offers free WiFi and rooms equipped with a microwave and refrigerator. Mt. Sunapee Resort is less than 1 mile away.
    Rooms feature large picture windows and a private screened porch or patio area. A TV and a private bathroom are also included at The Lake Inn at Mt. Sunapee.
    Free hot beverages and breakfast pastries are offered each morning. Barbecue facilities are available for guests use.
