This beautiful botanical garden is located on 65 acres in historic Mission Canyon and they allow dogs in the garden and on the trails. This garden features over 1,000 species of rare and indigenous California plants. There are five and a half miles of scenic trails that take you through meadows and canyons, across historic Mission Dam, and along ridge-tops that offer sweeping views of the California Islands. The garden is about a 15-20 minute drive from downtown Santa Barbara.
