You and your pooch can take an almost 2.5 mile stroll on the River Walk. This walk will take you around the riverfront which was once a bustling river port, and is now a favorite weekend yachting destination. There are numerous species of birds that inhabit this area. For more details of the walk, pick up a brochure at the Petaluma Visitor Center at 800 Baywood Drive, Suite #1 in Petaluma or call 707-769-0429. The Visitor Center is located a the northwest corner of Highway 116 (Lakeville Hwy) and Baywood Drive next to the Petaluma Marina. Take the Lakeville Hwy 116 exit off Hwy 101.
