The Parley's Gulch area behind Tanner Park is now an official off-leash area. However, Tanner Park is not and dogs must be leashed there. This is mostly an unfenced area. The off-leash dog area is around the intersection of the I-80 and I-215 freeways. There is a fence between the off-leash areas and the freeways.
